my 5x5x5 method gives me 125 possible dinner combinations with just 5 proteins, 5 carbs & 5+ vegetables. The more simple I kept my dinner routine as a mom, the easier it was to stay consistent. If you’re tracking, eating intuitively or following a specific diet.. this method will still work✨ Comment “METHOD” and I’ll send you my 5x5x5 plan for this upcoming week & the simple recipes I’ll be using that I repeat frequently! I’ll also include my grocery list of all my staples🫶🏻

Easy Pierogi + Kielbasa Sheet Pan Dinner ✨14 oz pierogis ✨ 1 bag coleslaw mix ✨12 oz turkey kielbasa, sliced ✨Salt, Onion powder, Garlic powder Add everything to a sheet pan and season. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, toss, then bake another 15 minutes. That’s it!🫶🏻

& you thought waking up before your kids was the solution😭

i go to Switzerland every year… and somehow i always come back 5-10lbs lighter. And before you say it’s the walking.. i get 15k steps a day at home too! the biggest differences for me? less stress, slower pace, and honestly… the way food makes me feel here. at home i’m very high protein focused whereas here i eat whatever i want and feel less bloated + inflamed. This isn’t a “how to lose weight” video. Just something i’ve noticed over time 🤍 and let’s be real, it’s likely just water weight😂 would love to hear if anyone has experienced similar!
