new @everythingmadeleine location in Plano, Tx! I believe they’re still in their soft opening phase. 2 weeks. 4 countries. so many Hugo spritzes. 🍾 Still trying to process how much we packed into this trip, but this Mediterranean cruise was such a fun way to experience Europe. 🇮🇹 ROME Quick pre-cruise stop before boarding! We’ve been to Rome before, but if you haven’t, here are a few must-hit spots: • Colosseum + Roman Forum • Trevi Fountain + Pantheon • Vatican City + Sistine Chapel • Spanish Steps + Via Condotti shopping • Gelato stops constantly… 🇮🇹 NAPLES / AMALFI COAST / SORRENTO This is where my husband and I honeymooned 🥹 • Stopped in Amalfi first & revisited Sorrento • Showed my family some of our favorite spots • Lots of Hugo spritzes, lemons & unreal coastal views 🍋 🇮🇹 LA SPEZIA → FLORENCE + PISA Our busiest day • Leaning Tower of Pisa (overrated in my opinion 😂) • Walked all over Florence + crossed Ponte Vecchio • Gucci Galleria, shopping & Babae wine window 🍷 🇮🇹 CINQUE TERRE Possibly my favorite day of the trip. Seeing Cinque Terre by boat was unreal. • Private boat day around the five villages • Swam in the Mediterranean 🌊 • Cruised past cliffs, caves & goats on the rocks 🇮🇹 PORTOFINO / ITALIAN RIVIERA • Cooking class inside a local home overlooking the water via @cesarina_elisa • Made ravioli, tagliatelle & tiramisu from scratch 🍝 🇫🇷 ÈZE / MONACO / MONTE CARLO This whole day was an adventure. • Explored the medieval town of Èze + stopped at @fragonardparfumeurofficiel • Drove the Monaco F1 track (!!) + spritzes at Café de Paris Monte-Carlo • Yachts, casinos & feeling wildly out of my tax bracket 😂 🇫🇷 MARSEILLE The only stop where we had no plans. • Souvenir shopping + wandering the port town 🇪🇸 BARCELONA Nothing went according to plan here… but we still loved it 💃🏼 • Sagrada Família + hot air balloon tour both got canceled • Sangria, amazing food & exploring the city anyway • Park Güell + Fast Eddie’s Burgers (yes, Dua Lipa’s favorite 💀) This trip was equal parts sunshine, spritzes, and core memories ☺️ I already know I’ll be thinking (and yapping) about it forever… #europe #eurosummer #mediterraneancruise #travel
finally a spot that does alfredo the right way… without cream!! 🍝🤩 Everything we ordered: Burrata With Herb Oil & Focaccia Cacio E Pepe Chicken Wings - such a fun take and I was eating the sauce with the focaccia after! "True" Italian Alfredo Gnocchi Bolognese Pork Milanese - one of the best pork dishes I’ve had recently!! And the Limoncello Tiramisu was so light and fresh 🍋 This new spot @trattoriabugatti near Love Field needs to be added to the rotation 😋 #dallastx #italianfood
