30 min One Pot Chicken Broccoli Alfredo INGREDIENTS * 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless * 2 cups broccoli florets * 8 oz fettuccine * 2 cups chicken broth * 1 cup Alfredo sauce * ½ cup heavy cream * ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese * 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking chicken * Salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS —Start by seasoning your chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and any other spices you prefer. Heat a little oil in a large pot over medium heat, then sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside. -In the same pot, add your pasta along with chicken broth. Stir to combine, and let the pasta cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until it’s al dente. Make sure to stir occasionally to prevent sticking! -Add the broccoli florets to the pot along with the pasta, stirring to incorporate. The broccoli will cook as the pasta finishes. -Once the pasta and broccoli are cooked, pour in the Alfredo sauce and stir everything together. Let it simmer for a few minutes to allow the sauce to thicken -Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add it back to the pot. Top with grated Parmesan. Give everything one final stir to combine. @ourplace @kettleandfire #onepotmeals #easydinnerideas #30minutemeals #chickendinner
