Hi my name is Jacob (Jake) Schwab. I’m 28 years old and I’m from Mount Clemens, MI. I’ve been modeling/acting for a little less than 2 years now and want to do UGC content on the side as well. I have worked with brands and done UGC work for the past year. I plan to expand my modeling/acting to LA, NYC, and Chicago next.
