Is it worth it?

Amazon baby registry box!✨👼🏼

It’s probabaly worth it to make an Amazon registry to get the 15% completion discount for any last minute items you need

I spent less than $18,000 to travel full-time last year…

A few things that have saved me the most time + money:

1️⃣ Use a travel card that reimburses ATM and foreign transaction fees

2️⃣ Stop overpaying for international data (@airalo is my fav)

3️⃣ Use your iPhone calculator as a built-in currency converter

4️⃣ Reverse image search hotels to compare prices (try HiChee and Staywatch)

5️⃣ Use Rakuten for cash back on travel purchases, excursions, etc

6️⃣ Learn how to maximize points and miles (and stop hoarding them !!)

7️⃣ Travel during the shoulder season and explore second cities

8️⃣ Negotiate everything (especially accommodations). I have a free script if you’re not sure what to say

Use code LEONA3 for $3 off your first eSIM - save this code to use for future trips

And if you’re curious, here’s exactly how much I spent every year of full-time travel:

➝ Year 1: $25,312
➝ Year 2: $21,250
➝ Year 3: $17,062
➝ Year 4: $16,950
➝ Year 5: $17,978

💭 Comment UDON for the 10 page FREE guide 🍜

It’s my third time in Japan, and there is still so much to see! I’ve pulled together all my best tips, plus answers to your most-asked questions, into a 10+ page free planning guide so you have everything in one place

SAVE for your next Japan trip! 🇯🇵✨

What’s inside:

✅ Detailed itineraries (classic + hidden gem routes)
✅ Where to stay + the best excursions
✅Off-the-beaten-path places worth adding
✅ Apps I use to book trains, activities, and e-sims

📌 Do you have questions about Japan? Drop them below and I’ll make sure to add them to the guide ⤵️

✨ Best e-sim I’ve used: airalocom — only $6 for 2 GB (I have a $3 off code in the guide)
✨ I love using @klook_usa for booking activities/day trips

Are you planning a trip soon? Let me know where you’re heading - or if you’ve already been, what’s one thing you wish you knew before visiting?
