pov: you ask your type A friend to send you a list of places to eat in Amsterdam 🇳🇱🍽️ I don’t normally plan trips around food but Amsterdam is a foodie’s paradise. (Especially if you have a sweet tooth) Nothing disappointed, but my absolute fave was the crookie (croissant cookie) from Louren’s. I’m still dreaming about it tbh 🤤 Here’s everywhere we ate: 📍Box Sociaal for brunch 📍Louren’s Bakery for different flavor crookies (the white chocolate chip was my fave) 📍Pat’s Poffertjes for Dutch style mini pancakes 📍Ventuno Skylounge for dinner with stunning views of the city, live music, and the perfect ambience to dress up or go for date night. 📍Chun Cafe for breakfast sandwiches & matcha (get there as early as you can bc it’s a hot commodity so there will be a line) 📍Hans Egstorf for Dutch stroopwafels (taste like a Twix bar & you can add different toppings) 📍Van Stapele bakery for their famous chocolate cookie with white chocolate in the center 📍Fabel Friets for Dutch style fries 📍Ramen-Ya Ramen 🍜 Save this for your next trip to Amsterdam & follow me for all things affordable luxury travel. #amsterdamfoodguide #amsterdamtravelguide #wheretoearinamsterdam #affordableluxurytravel #amsterdamrestaurants

One year ago today, we closed out our wedding events with an intimate elopement ceremony in Santorini Greece. Spent 3 days in London for the first stop of our mini Europe tour 🇬🇧 This trip was for my cousin’s wedding, but since it was my husband’s first time on this side of Europe (and everything is so close) I couldn’t just go back home without showing him a few of my favorite European cities too.
