You have to try this homemade apple cider! 🍎

Slow Cooker Apple Cider

Ingredients:
8-10 apples (4-5 Honeycrisp or Fuji, 3 Granny Smith, 2 Gala or Pink Lady)
1 orange, peeled
4 cinnamon sticks
5 whole cloves
4 whole allspice berries (or ½ tsp ground allspice)
½ tsp ground ginger (or 3 thin slices fresh ginger)
¼ tsp nutmeg
8-10 cups water (enough to just cover)
Up to 1 cup brown sugar or maple syrup, to taste

Instructions:
1. Prep: Slice the apples, removing the cores and seeds, and add them to your slow cooker. Peel and slice the orange, removing as much of the white pith as possible.
2. Add the spices: Toss in the cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice, ginger, and nutmeg. Pour in enough water to just cover everything.
3. Slow cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Lightly mash the apples, give everything a stir, then switch to HIGH for another 3 hours.
4. Mash & strain: Mash the softened apples to release all that flavor and juice. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a large bowl or pot.
5. Sweeten & season: Stir in brown sugar or maple syrup to taste. Add a little extra cinnamon, nutmeg, or allspice if you want a stronger spice flavor.
6. Enjoy! Serve warm or chill in the fridge for a refreshing glass of homemade cider!

You have to try @costabella.restaurant !

This newly opened, family-owned Italian restaurant in North Scottsdale is bringing a taste of coastal Italy to the Valley! With a menu featuring traditional Italian favorites, fresh seafood, and house-made sauces, Costa Bella is a great new addition to Scottsdale’s dining scene.

Here’s what I tried:

🍸 Cosmopolitan - A refreshing mix of vodka, cranberry, lime, and triple sec for a bright, citrusy cocktail with just the right amount of sweetness.
🥃 Old Fashioned - A timeless classic combining whiskey and bitters for a smooth, spirit-forward cocktail.

🍋 Artichoke Hearts - Served with a creamy lemon aioli and a touch of truffle for a rich, earthy finish.
🐙 Grilled Octopus - Tender grilled octopus with chimichurri, roasted peppers, and olives for a bright, savory bite.
🍝 Italian Meatballs - A classic Italian favorite smothered in rich marinara sauce.
🦞 Lobster & Burrata - Sweet lobster paired with creamy burrata, pesto, and fresh basil. Such a delicious combination!

🍄 Ravioli Trio - Three different ravioli fillings on one plate: beef short rib, lobster, and portobello mushroom. Loved getting to try all three!
🦐 Signature Cioppino - A seafood lover’s dream! Loaded with clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari, and scallops, all tossed with rigatoni in a bold, slightly spicy arrabbiata sauce.

☕ Tiramisù - Layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and rich mascarpone cream for the perfect sweet ending!

It’s always exciting to see a new family-owned restaurant open here in the Valley, especially one bringing so many delicious Italian dishes to the table.

Whether you’re craving fresh seafood, homemade Italian favorites, or just looking to discover somewhere new, Costa Bella is one you’ll want to check out!

#ad Pizza night just got a whole lot better! 🍕

You HAVE to try these 3 homemade pizzas, all made using @delallofoods Pizzeria-Style Pizza Sauce!

🍅 Classic Margherita - Fresh mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, olive oil, and flaky salt.
🌶️ Spicy Italian Sausage & Hot Honey - A little heat added to the sauce, topped with Italian sausage, mozzarella, red onions, roasted red peppers, and finished with hot honey!
🔥 Spicy Vodka Pepperoni - Turning that same sauce into a creamy, spicy vodka-style sauce with Parmesan, garlic, heavy cream, and Calabrian chiles, topped with mozzarella and plenty of pepperoni!

One delicious sauce, three completely different pizzas! 🍕

If you’re an Arizona foodie, this is one experience you have to add to your list!

This isn’t just dinner. It’s a full culinary experience where some of Arizona’s most talented chefs come together, each creating their own take on a theme, and you get to taste everything and vote for your favorite! 🏆

I’ve been to a few of the Sunday Dinner experiences by @theexceptionalvibe now, and trust me, they never disappoint!

Every dinner is different, with past themes ranging from BBQ and vegan to mole and seafood. But what really makes these nights special is the atmosphere. From the cocktail pairings to the family-style seating, it’s interactive, social, and a great way to connect with other people over incredible food.

This last dinner was all about SEAFOOD! 🦞

🦐 Chef @compa_pony_ | @ponysmiches_barandgrill_phx - Langostinos, mussels, mahi mahi, and green aguachile, paired with a sweet and spicy watermelon tequila cocktail.

🦪 Chef @b_paskvan | @ellaonthepark - Murder Point oysters with smoked brisket tallow and bone marrow dashi crackers, plus blue crab beignets, paired with the Coyote cocktail.

🐚 Chef @chef_st.pierre | @carcaraphx - Confit scallops with fennel purée, crispy quinoa, sea grapes, and preserved lemon, paired with a cucumber elderflower Collins.

And of course, plenty of delicious welcome bites and desserts along the way!

🔥 NOW FOR THE NEXT DINNER!

Sunday Dinner is heading to the rooftop at Canopy by Hilton Tempe Downtown on December 13th for an ASIAN FUSION SHOWDOWN! 🍜

Three chefs. One theme. Three completely different dishes. You’re not just showing up for a meal. You’re becoming part of the experience.
